How can we meet?

Personal meeting

Our personal meetings always take place in a safe environment. Therapy takes place through interviews which may be accompanied by other techniques such as breathing, meditation, music therapy, etc. It always depends on your individual needs and wishes.

Online session

Online therapy allows you to connect from anywhere and anytime. All you need is a computer, a good internet connection and the ZOOM platform, which is very easy to download and user-friendly.

Workshops

Intensive one-day meetings in groups allows you to try different techniques with others to help you learn to cope better with: stress, unexpected life situations, emotions and your behaviour, which can all help you develop resilience.
