Sometimes You Need Someone Else to Look After Yourself
I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, struggling to find happiness in the chaos of everyday life. Like many, I’ve experienced the pressure of balancing work and family, often feeling lost and unfulfilled. For a long time, I felt trapped in a routine that didn’t resonate with who I was. Despite my passion for dance and music, I found myself following a path that didn’t bring me joy. This led to a turning point when I realised I needed to make a change. I was determined to find a way to embrace life fully and break free from the feelings of anxiety and depression that had settled in.
My journey toward becoming a therapist began during this difficult time. I was grappling with my own challenges, feeling burned out and disconnected from what truly mattered. It was then that I decided to take control of my life. I immersed myself in study and personal growth, seeking the tools to not only heal myself but also to help others navigate their own struggles. Today, I’m here to support you on your journey. I know how it feels to search for balance and fulfilment, and I’m dedicated to helping others find their path to happiness and wholeness. You’re not alone in this—together, we can work towards a brighter, more balanced future.
I did yoga courses in India and practiced meditation in Nepal. In Berlin I learned a lot about music therapy. During my studies I went through several courses, obtained many certificates, and did and internship guided by Radkin Honzák, M.D., CSc. as my tutor. I spent a year working with physically and mentally challenged clients in Preston, UK. I have studied cognitive behavioural therapy in London for 3 years. In the meantime I also became an accredited yoga lecturer and registered member of National Counselling Society of the Great Britain.
